Mx Cláudia Gonçalves, BSc (Hons), MSc

Cláudia (she/they) is an Associate Research Fellow at the Deakin University Psychosis Research Group. They previously studied a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and MSc in Early Intervention in Psychosis at King's College London and recently submitted their PhD thesis at Deakin University, which explored access to mental health care for LGBTQA+ individuals experiencing psychosis. Cláudia's research interests include early psychosis, LGBTQA+ mental health, intersectionality, depathologising queerness, and promoting LGBTQA+ representation in research and healthcare.
