ACON's Pride inclusion Programs

Tidge Madrigal (they/them) is a Senior Relationship Manager with ACON's Pride Inclusion Programs, supporting organisations across the health, community care and human services sectors to strengthen LGBTQ+ inclusion for both workforces and consumers. Drawing on experience across NSW Health and ACON, Tidge works with health services, Primary Health Networks, community organisations and sector leaders to improve LGBTQ+ inclusive service delivery, workforce capability and health equity outcomes. Their work focuses on translating evidence, lived experience and leading practice into practical organisational change that improves outcomes for LGBTQ+ communities. Tidge has particular expertise in LGBTQ+ workforce inclusion, inclusive health care, stakeholder engagement, organisational development, relationship management and the design and delivery of initiatives that build capability and support sustainable change. They regularly facilitate Communities of Practice, deliver training and presentations, and support organisations to embed inclusive practices across strategy, policy, service delivery and organisational culture. As a gender-diverse, sexuality-diverse and neurodivergent person, Tidge brings both lived and professional expertise to their work. They are passionate about improving trust in health systems, addressing health disparities and supporting organisations to create environments where LGBTQ+ people feel safe, respected and able to access affirming care and services.
